- Do I need to apply for a new Card?
No, you do not need to apply for a new Card. Your Card will be replaced when it is due. The expiry date on your Card shows when it is due. If it says 02/2027, you will receive a replacement Card approximately one month before this expiry date.
- I have a Card from ABN AMRO or ANWB, will anything change for me?
To a lesser extent. You will of course see our new logo. But the colours will not change for you.
- I have a Card from Volksbank or another partner, will anything change for me?
Yes, this change applies to the communication of all our credit cards.
- I have a Card from ICS Business, will anything change for me?
Yes, this change applies to the communication of all our credit cards. This includes ICS Business.
- I have received an email asking me to give my username, password, entire Card number or PIN, is this correct?
No, this is not correct. As always, scammers remain active, trying to get their hands on your details via phishing. They send emails trying to lure customers to fake websites. ICS employees never ask you to share these specific details with us, neither by email nor by phone. Keep your details to yourself! - Why does ICS change her look?
Our company is constantly changing, and the current look no longer quite suits us. So it is time to update it. That is why on 28 February, we will renew our logo, colours, and font. In the course of the year, we will also update our photos, the website in general, and our other images and texts. Something we are looking forward to! This will better suit our brand and what we stand for. Now and in the future.
- I don't see Mastercard or Visa in the new logo. What does that mean?
This does not change anything for you. Our collaboration with Mastercard and VISA has not changed. You can still apply for either Card and pay at the same companies (worldwide) as before. We have removed the logos of Mastercard and VISA from the logo because we also work with other brands, in other areas.
- Where can I expect to see changes the new look?
Basically, everywhere you interact with ICS. That is: in the app, on the website, in all emails and letters. But you will also see the new look on social media and in campaigns.
- I received an email or letter but the tone is different from normal. Is this phishing?
The new look includes also a different way of writing. You may notice a slightly altered tone of voice.
- When I want to verify my identity via the ICS Identify app, I still see the old logo. Is this correct?
That is correct. This is the only app that has not yet been converted because this is a temporary solution. From 1 May, this app will be replaced.
